Become a little Umpa Lumpa and create your own chocolate bar from scratch while you're immersed in a connection with nature.

The Activity step-by-Step: 

During the tour you will get to know all the stages of the cocoa from the planting, the harvesting, the entire fermentation process, the grinding, until the chocolate bar. 

 

Stages of chocolate that you'll learn:

 

    1. Plantation (you'll meet different types of trees cacacao)
    2. Pulping and fermentation (you'll be able to differentiate; a grain regulate a grain premium, plus learn the different types of cocoa)
