WHAT NOT TO BRING

  1. Fragrance-Free Zone: Please avoid wearing perfumes, lotions, or sweet creams. Floral, fruity, or intense scents confuse the bees. They might mistake you for a food source, or even worse, strong chemicals can block the hive’s natural communication signals.
  2. No Strong Chemical Repellents (DEET): The Chemical Impact: Using aggressive repellents right before approaching the hives causes a chemical shock to the bees. It disorients and irritates them, and most importantly, it can compromise the quality of the honey being produced that very day. Help us keep our honey pure and our bees calm.
  3. No Scented Sunscreens (Coconut, Vanilla, Fruits): Neutral Protection Only: To avoid chemical interference, please use scentless or dermatological sunblocks. Artificial odors disrupt the hive's natural labor.

Attractions

Best attractions along the route:

  1. Into the Wild: Your pass to the Honey Sanctuary. Access to the private trails and the professional apiary is included

  3. Bee Bread (Fermented Pollen): Authentic Bee Bread: Forget the dry pollen you find in store jars. This is Live Bee Bread, hand-packed into the cells by the bees and naturally fermented with nectar and their own enzymes. It has a rich, creamy texture and an incredibly complex flavor profile: tangy, fruity, and earthy. It is the forest’s purest protein in its most potent form.
  4. Fresh Propolis: The Hive’s Medicine: Discover Fresh Propolis, a potent resin collected by bees to disinfect and seal their home. You’ll have the chance to taste a tiny sample of this balsamic and slightly spicy resin. Watch as it slightly numbs your tongue a fascinating sensation that proves its incredible natural antibiotic power in real time.
  5. Capping Wax (Nature’s Chewing Gum): Nature’s Pristine Chewing Gum: Experience the most delicate part of the hive. This is the 'Capping Wax'—a pure, snow-white layer bees use to seal their ripened honey. You’ll receive a fresh-cut piece of honeycomb to chew on. It’s like a natural chewing gum that explodes with fresh, warm honey inside your mouth.
  6. Jalea Real (Royal Jelly) The Royal Chance: If our guide identifies a 'Queen Cell' that needs to be removed, the luckiest traveler may have the rare opportunity to taste Pure Royal Jelly.
