• Lace up shoes. That are comfortable for walking in the mountains.
• Comfortable clothing for walking. (preferably long to protect from the sun's rays and from brushing against plants)
• Personal medications. 

Participant conditions:

1. Physical Requirements: To enjoy this experience, guests must be in good physical condition (ideally exercising at least 3 times a week). 
2. No recent injuries, surgeries, or existing heart, respiratory, or mobility issues.
3. Not be under the effects of alcohol or drugs
4. Minors must participate accompanied by a responsible adult.

    STEP-BY-STEP ACTIVITY:

1. Meeting Point: We begin at the San Carlos Main Square (Parque Principal).
2. From there, our private transportation will take us on a scenic 20-minute drive to the trailhead where the adventure begins.
3. Through stunning landscapes, ancient Pre-Hispanic trails, and the mesmerizing song of tropical birds, you will conquer the summit with the expert guidance of our professional local leaders.
4. Time to meditate and enjoy the landscape that gives us the top of the stone. 
5. After taking some spectacular pictures, we begin to return.
6. We finish in the main park of San Carlos.
